Strategy and brand

Healthcare marketing strategy built on your own numbers

Together we decide which service should grow first, in which branch and with what budget, and we put it in an annual plan that management reviews each month.

We reply on the same working day.

We spend on every channel and don't know which one brought patients

In many organizations, decisions are made one campaign at a time: an offer because a competitor launched one, an ad because a department said its calendar was empty. By the end of the year, management struggles to link what was spent to what came in.

  • No written plan for the year, and the goals change every month
  • The budget is split evenly across departments instead of by each one's opportunity
  • Agency reports show clicks and followers but do not answer management's question about bookings
  • No single person owns marketing, follows up with suppliers and holds them to account

Where it acts on the patient journey

Works before the enquiry: decides which service reaches which patient, and through which channel

  1. Enquiry
  2. Response
  3. Booking
  4. Attended

What it includes

Growth review

We trace where your patients come from today, compare enquiries with bookings for each channel, and find the services with room to grow and those that have reached their limit.

Annual marketing plan

The year's goals split into four quarters, each with its own channels, campaigns and launch dates, so every team knows what is expected of it and when.

A plan for each service or department

A separate plan for important services, such as day surgery or a new department: who it is for, what patients ask before they decide, and which message fits them.

Budget allocation

We allocate the budget by opportunity, season and each department's capacity to see patients, keep a share for testing, and reallocate every quarter based on results.

KPI framework

A short list of KPIs that link spending to enquiries and then to bookings, with a definition, a data source and an owner for each one.

Part-time marketing leadership

A senior lead from our team runs your marketing for an agreed number of hours: decides what gets done this month, manages your internal team and suppliers, and presents results at the management meeting.

How we work

  1. Diagnose

We meet management and department heads, collect the enquiry and booking numbers that exist, and try booking through each channel the way a patient would.

  2. Write the plan

We put the goals, service plans, budget allocation and KPIs in one document and review it with you until management approves it.

  3. Run it or hand it over

We carry out the plan with our team, or hand it to your team with a clear schedule for each quarter and follow the work with them.

  4. Review every quarter

A monthly KPI report, and a review every 3 months where we reallocate the budget and move effort from weak channels to the ones that bring bookings.

How we measure

  • Cost per enquiry and cost per booking for each channel
  • Enquiries and bookings for each important service in the plan
  • Actual spending against budget each quarter
  • Attendance rate, if we have access to your booking data

A plan cannot fix prices above the market or a fully booked calendar. When the cause is outside marketing, we tell management clearly and show it separately in the report.

Campaigns in the plan follow Saudi health advertising regulations: no treatment promises and no superlatives, and influencer ads only with people who hold a Mawthooq license. Patient data used in the analysis is grouped, with no names.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a marketing plan and an ad plan?

An ad plan sets the campaigns and channels. A marketing plan is wider: which service grows, for whom, how patients are handled once they get in touch, and how much goes to each part. Ads are one part of it.

We have a marketing team. What do you add?

We write the plan with your team and give them a KPI framework they can use to report their work to management. You can stop at the plan, or we can follow the work with them each month.

How much budget do we need for marketing?

We do not name a number before we understand your situation. We start from your goals, your departments' capacity to see patients and competitor activity in your city, then suggest an allocation for management to approve.

What does part-time marketing leadership mean?

A senior lead from our team gives you an agreed number of hours and runs your marketing as part of your team: sets what gets done, manages suppliers and presents results to management. It suits organizations that do not need a full-time marketing manager, or that are still looking for one.

What do we get from the growth review?

A report that shows where your patients come from, which channels bring bookings and which bring only messages, and where patients drop off between enquiry and booking, with suggested steps for the coming months.

How often do we review the plan?

The KPIs every month, and the plan itself every 3 months. Demand for some services changes with Ramadan, summer and school holidays, so we adjust the allocation instead of waiting for the end of the year.
