Healthcare market research before you open or expand

Before you sign the lease or settle on specialties, we show you the demand in the area, who you will compete with there, and what patients expect from an organization like yours.

We reply on the same working day.

We are opening a new branch, and the decision rests on gut feeling

The choice of location and specialties often rests on the experience of an earlier branch or on what people say about the neighborhood. After opening, it turns out a strong competitor is two streets away, or demand for the specialty is lower than expected.

  • No clear picture of the competitors in the area and what they offer
  • Specialties chosen before knowing what people in the area search for
  • Service prices set with no comparison to those around you
  • Marketing starts after opening, not before

Where it acts on the patient journey

Works before the enquiry: shows where demand is and what patients look for

What it includes

Competitor study

We list the competing organizations in your area and specialty and review their services, doctors, websites and social accounts, and what patients say about them in Google reviews.

Catchment area and demand

We map the neighborhoods and cities your patients are likely to come from, and estimate demand from Google search and Maps data for each specialty you are considering.

Patient research

Short interviews and surveys with patients or residents in the area: how they choose a clinic, what bothers them about the current options, and how far they travel for care.

Price position against competitors

We compare competitor price levels to show where you stand. The comparison stays in an internal report for management, and no prices are published on any platform.

Input for choosing a location

We compare candidate sites by distance to competitors, access, parking and search activity around them. This is marketing input, read alongside your property and financial studies.

Specialty and message recommendations

We turn the study into decisions: which specialties to start with, how you differ from competitors, and what you tell patients from opening day.

How we work

  1. Define the decision

We agree on the decision the study serves: a branch location, a new specialty or a whole new organization, and we set the geographic scope.

  2. Collect the data

Desk research, calls and visits to competitors as patients, Google search data, and interviews with patients or residents.

  3. Analyze and compare

We map competitors and demand, and compare the options on the table against clear criteria.

  4. Deliver the recommendations

A report and a presentation for management with findings and recommendations, and what the marketing plan needs before opening. We update the study if the market changes before you open.

How we measure

  • Number of competitors covered in the agreed area
  • Monthly search volume for each specialty in the area
  • Number of completed interviews and surveys
  • After opening: enquiries for each specialty compared with the study's estimate

Research lowers the risk; it does not remove it. The report names the source of every number and separates what we confirmed from what is an estimate.

Patient interviews and surveys are done with consent and without data that identifies anyone, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. Competitor information comes from public sources and from contacting them as patients.

Frequently asked questions

When should we ask for market research?

Before you sign the lease or approve the specialties. If the location is already decided, the study still helps you choose specialties, messages and the launch plan.

Do you write financial feasibility studies?

No. Our study covers marketing: demand, competitors, patients and price position. A specialist firm writes the financial feasibility study, and our research can be one of its inputs.

How do you know what people in the area search for?

From Google search and Maps data for each specialty, from competitor reviews, and from short interviews with patients or residents. The report names the source of each finding.

Will you publish our prices or our competitors' prices?

No. The price comparison stays in an internal report for management to help you set your position. We do not publish any price on the website or in ads as part of this service.

We have been open for years. Is the study useful for us?

Yes, if you are considering a new branch or specialty, or you have noticed a new competitor taking patients from you. We focus the study on that one decision instead of keeping it general.

Know the market before you decide

Tell us about the project, the city and the specialties you are considering. In a free consultation of about 30 minutes, we will suggest the study scope that fits your decision.
