Ophthalmology, the specialty we know best

Eye clinic marketing, from the first enquiry to the procedure date

The eye patient's journey is longer than most: a consultation, then tests, then the price discussion, then the procedure date. We follow every stage, and we measure our work by the patients who attended.

We reply on the same working day.

A consultant or eye surgeon in a private clinic or a hospital. We build your reputation and content, and we follow them until they turn into consultations that patients book and attend.

The eye patient journey

Five stages to the procedure date, and patients can be lost at each one

  1. Enquiry

Where patients are lost: A slow response, or no clear answer about the doctor and the procedure.

  2. Consultation

Where patients are lost: The booking is not completed, or the patient misses the appointment.

  3. Tests

Where patients are lost: No one explains why the tests are needed or what the next step is.

  4. Price discussion

Where patients are lost: The patient hears the price before understanding what the procedure includes.

  5. Procedure date

Where patients are lost: No one follows up after the consultation, so the patient delays the decision or goes elsewhere.

We measure every stage, and we start with the stage where the most patients are lost.

What we offer

Marketing built for eye clinics

Ads that reach interested patients

Google, Meta, Snapchat and TikTok campaigns for each service on its own. We track the cost of each consultation a patient attended.

Visibility in search and reviews

The clinic's Google profile, visibility in search and maps, and a reviews program that asks every patient for feedback, with no incentives.

Response, booking and follow-up

We train the call center team on medical questions and answers that the doctor approves. We prepare a reply to the price question, and we follow up with the patient after the consultation until the procedure date.

The call center team is trained on common medical questions and answers most of them itself. When a question is new to them, they refer it to our specialist team, and the doctor has the final word. The team does not diagnose or prescribe treatment.

How we measure

The metrics that matter to an eye center

At the start, we agree on what we are responsible for, what you are responsible for, and what we share. We review it with you every month.

The full responsibility table
Cost per attended consultation
Ad spend divided by the consultations attended by new patients from the sources we track.
Consultation to procedure rate
Procedures divided by attended consultations. We measure it and show it in the report. Decisions on it belong to the doctor and the center.
Cost per procedure
Ad spend divided by procedures from the sources we track, when booking data is available.

Programs for ophthalmologists

Content and video in the doctor's name that explain their specialty and experience in words patients understand. It follows health advertising regulations: accurate titles, no treatment promises and no fear tactics. If the doctor works in a hospital, we work under its policies.

If we serve a competing eye center in the same city, we tell you before we start, and the decision is yours.

Frequently asked questions

What makes you different in eye clinic marketing?

Ophthalmology is the specialty we know most deeply, and we have worked in it since 2016. We know the eye patient's journey is longer than most: a consultation, then tests, then the price discussion, then the procedure date. We follow every stage, not only the first enquiry.

Why do we get many enquiries but few bookings?

Often the problem comes after the ad, not in the ad itself: a slow response, an unfinished booking, or a patient no one followed up with. We start by measuring exactly where patients are lost. Then we fix that stage before we increase spending.

How do you handle people who ask about the price before the consultation?

We agree with the clinic on how to answer the price question. We prepare a script for the team that explains the doctor's experience and what the procedure includes, such as tests and follow-up afterward. This moves the conversation from price to value, and the patient books the consultation knowing what they will get.

How do you reduce missed consultation appointments?

With a confirmation message right after booking that gives the time and address, a reminder one day before the appointment, and an easy way for the patient to change the appointment instead of missing it.

Do you market specific procedures, like cataract or vision correction?

Yes, based on the services the clinic offers. We build a journey and metrics for each service, and we follow health advertising regulations in all content.

Which metrics do you track for an eye clinic?

The cost per attended consultation, the share of patients who move from consultation to procedure, and the cost per procedure. These numbers show whether the marketing brings patients, not just enquiries.

What makes the call center team you train different?

Most call centers give the patient an appointment and nothing more, so the patient ends the call without understanding much. We train the call center team on medical information that the doctor approves, so they can lead the call. They ask the patient about the problem and when it started, and whether they have high blood pressure or diabetes, and they answer questions with confidence. If they get a question they cannot answer, they refer it to our specialist team, and the doctor has the final word. This way the patient understands and feels at ease before booking.

Do you create content and video in the doctor's name?

Yes. Educational content and video in words patients understand. The doctor reviews and approves it before it is published. If you work in a hospital, we work under its policies.
