Privacy policy

Who we are

NAMAA is a healthcare marketing and growth company. We serve clients in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. This policy explains how we handle the data we receive from this website, from the consultation request form and from WhatsApp chats.

The data we collect

When you send the consultation request form, we receive what you write in it:

• Your name and the name of your organization, or your specialty and the name of your clinic or hospital
• Your mobile number, and your email if you write it
• Your job title, the type of organization, the services you are interested in and your message, if you choose to fill them in
• Your request for the company profile, if you tick it
• The page you sent the form from

When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number and what you write in the chat. The form and WhatsApp are not meant for patient data. Please do not write any patient's health data in them.

What is saved only in your browser

While you fill in the form, we save what you wrote in your browser, so it is not lost if you close the page. We do not receive this draft. It is deleted when you send your request, when you press «Clear what I wrote», or after 30 days.

The site assistant

The ready questions in the site assistant show answers we wrote in advance. They do not send anything.

If you type your own question, we send its text and the latest messages in the chat to the Cloudflare AI service (Workers AI). It writes the reply using only the text of this website. We do not save the questions or the replies, and we do not link them to your name or number. To prevent abuse, we count the questions per minute for a short time, without saving their text. So please do not type personal or medical details in the assistant.

In your browser only, we save your choice to mute the welcome sound, and the fact that you saw the welcome message during this visit.

Why we use your data

• To reply to your request and set a time for the call
• To send you the company profile, if you ask for it
• To prepare a proposal that fits your situation, if you ask for one

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who can access your data

The NAMAA team handling your request, and the service providers we use to receive the form and manage communication. They get only what they need to provide their service to us. WhatsApp chats go through the WhatsApp service and follow its policy.

Some of these providers may process data on servers outside Saudi Arabia, such as WhatsApp. We choose providers that apply well-known protection measures, and we pass them only what is needed to serve your request.

Cookies and visit measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for simple counts of visits and the most visited pages. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not track you across websites, so it works without asking for your consent.

Our other measurement tools (Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager) load only after you give consent. We use them to learn which pages help our visitors. We do not send them your name, number, email or the text of your message. You can refuse or withdraw your consent at any time.

The site videos are stored on our own website and load only when you press play. Under some of them there is an optional link that opens the same video on YouTube in a new page. There, Google's privacy policy applies.

How long we keep data

We keep your request data while we are in contact with you, and for the length of any contract we sign with you. Then we delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) in Saudi Arabia, you have the right to ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to visit measurement. Send your request on WhatsApp, and we reply on the same working day.

Protecting your data

Only the people who need your data to serve your request can access it. We use providers that apply well-known protection measures.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the «Last updated» date at the top of the page.
