A Google Business Profile for each branch
We verify or recover the profile and set the category, services, opening hours and photos, so each branch has one correct listing.
Website, search and reputation
When patients look for a clinic nearby, they see maps and reviews before they open your website. We make each branch's profile complete and accurate, and ask every patient for a review in a way that follows Google policy.
Most satisfied patients do not write a review on their own, while people with a bad experience do. So the rating stays below the level of the service, comments go unanswered, and a competitor shows up before you in maps.
Where it acts on the patient journey
We verify or recover the profile and set the category, services, opening hours and photos, so each branch has one correct listing.
We work on what affects your local ranking: a complete and active profile, reviews, and the branch page on your website.
We ask every patient for a review after the visit by message or QR code, with no incentives and without picking only satisfied patients. We never write or buy reviews.
We write calm replies that your team approves. They never mention anything about the patient or their condition, and serious complaints go to a manager at your organization.
We list your organization and doctors in the right medical directories and listings, with the same details as on Google.
Your organization's name and each branch's address and number in one format on Google, your website, directories and social accounts. Mismatches confuse patients and weaken visibility.
An alert for every new review, and a monthly report with the rating, the review count and the comments that keep coming up.
We review each branch's profile, compare it with competitors in the same area, and read the reviews to see what keeps coming up.
We fix profile details, deal with duplicates, and align the name, address and phone on your website and in directories.
We train front-desk staff to ask every patient for a review, prepare the message and the code, and check that the request reaches everyone.
We reply to reviews and pass repeated complaints to you, because fixing them inside the organization is what changes future reviews.
A call from maps is an enquiry, and the booking comes after it. We link the two if calls go through a system we track with you.
We follow Google's review policies: we ask all patients, with no incentives, and never publish fake reviews. In replies we never confirm that the writer is a patient or mention any detail of their condition, to protect their privacy under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Yes, Google allows you to ask for reviews. What is not allowed is offering something in return, such as a discount or a gift, asking only satisfied patients, or having staff write reviews in patients' names. Our programs ask every patient, with the same message and nothing in return.
We do not remove a review because it is negative. If a review breaks Google's policies, for example a fake or abusive review, we report it and Google decides. A genuine negative review gets a calm reply, and we pass the complaint to you so it can be resolved.
Each branch gets its own Google profile, with its address, number, opening hours and photos, and its own page on your website. We track reviews and visibility for each branch separately.
It depends on how many patients you see each month and how consistently your team asks every patient for a review. New reviews usually start within weeks of the program starting, and the rating changes as they add up.
No. We write the replies and send them to you for approval, or agree with you on approved replies for common cases. Complaints that need management to step in go to you before we reply.
Send us your organization's name and branches. We will review the profiles and reviews, then suggest where to start in a free consultation of about 30 minutes.
We reply on the same working day.

Four services build demand for your organization: strategy, content, ads, and website and reputation. The fifth follows every enquiry until the patient attends the appointment.
Both. For hospitals and medical centers, we act as their marketing team or work with their own team. For doctors, we build their reputation so it turns into consultations that patients attend.

We follow each patient from enquiry to response, then booking, then attendance, and we calculate the cost per attended patient. We agree on the measure of success with you from the start.
Most agencies measure their work by the number of enquiries. We follow what happens next. Did someone reply to the patient quickly? Did the patient book? Did they attend the appointment?
It depends on the organization and the goal: the number of services, the city, the competition and the ad budget. We set up a short call with you to understand your situation, then we send a proposal.
Message us on WhatsApp or use the form, and we reply on the same working day. Then you have a free call with a lead from our team, where we suggest where to start.
