Website, search and reputation

Medical website design that turns visitors into booking requests

An Arabic and English website where patients find the doctor and the service quickly, then request a booking or message you on WhatsApp from any page. After launch, you know how many enquiries came from the site, and from which page.

We reply on the same working day.

We have a website, and we do not know if it brings patients

Many medical websites were designed to look good on launch day and then left alone. A patient opens the site on a phone, waits for the page, cannot easily find the doctor or the booking button, goes back to Google and picks another provider. Management does not know how many patients the website brings at all.

  • The site is slow on mobile, and patients usually search on their phones
  • The Arabic version is a translation of the English one, with right-to-left reading errors
  • There is no page for each doctor and each service, so the site does not appear when patients search for them
  • Nobody knows how many booking requests or WhatsApp messages came from the site

Where it acts on the patient journey

Works at the enquiry: the moment a visitor decides to request a booking or leave

  1. Enquiry
  2. Response
  3. Booking
  4. Attended

What it includes

Arabic first, English at the same level

We build the Arabic version for right-to-left reading from the start, then the English version with the same content and order, so each one reads as if it was written in its own language.

Doctor and service pages

A page for each doctor with title, specialty, experience and spoken languages, and a page for each service that answers patients' questions before they book.

Booking and WhatsApp on every page

A booking button and a WhatsApp link visible on mobile on every page. They connect to your booking system if it allows it, or go straight to your call center team.

Speed on mobile

Light images and pages that open quickly on mobile networks. We test speed before and after launch.

Enquiry tracking

We record every booking request, WhatsApp click and call, with the page and the source it came from, in a clear report for management.

A structure ready for search

Titles, links and structured data for each doctor, service and branch, so Google and AI tools understand the site from launch day.

Text the doctor reviews

We write the site in language patients understand, and the doctor reviews and approves every medical fact before it goes live.

How we work

  1. Review what you have

We open your current site on a phone the way a patient would, measure its speed, and see where visits come from and where visitors stop before requesting a booking.

  2. Build the pages

We organize the site by doctors, services and branches, write the content in Arabic and English, then design and build the pages.

  3. Prepare it for visitors

We set up tracking and structure before launch, so every enquiry from search, maps or ads is counted.

  4. Follow the booking requests

After launch, we review each month which pages bring booking requests and which pages visitors leave from, and we improve them.

How we measure

  • Booking requests from the site, by page and source
  • WhatsApp and call clicks from the site
  • Share of visitors who requested a booking
  • Page load speed on mobile
  • Patients who attended from website requests, if we have access to your booking data

A click on the WhatsApp button does not mean the patient sent a message. We separate the two in the report, and link them to bookings if we have access to your booking data.

Website text follows Saudi health advertising regulations: accurate titles for doctors and no treatment promises. Booking forms ask for as little data as possible, with a privacy policy and clear consent under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to design a medical website?

It depends on the number of doctors, services and branches, and whether the content is ready or we write it from the start. We set the timeline in the proposal once we understand the scope in the consultation.

We already have a website. Do we need to rebuild it?

Not always. We start by reviewing what you have: speed, search visibility, and where enquiries come from. If it can be improved, we improve it. If not, we suggest a rebuild and explain why.

Why work with you when a freelance designer can build the site for less?

If all you need is a good-looking site, a freelancer is a reasonable choice. We build the site for a healthcare organization: doctor pages with accurate titles, content that follows health advertising regulations, tracking for every enquiry, and links to your ads, search and call center team. So after launch you know how many patients came from the site.

Can you connect the site to our booking system?

Yes, if your system allows it. If not, the booking request reaches your call center team through WhatsApp, email or your patient management system, and we track how fast it gets a response.

Who writes the website content?

We write it in Arabic and English after a short session with the doctor or the department. The doctor reviews and approves every medical fact before it goes live.

Start with a review of your current site

Send us your website link. In a free consultation of about 30 minutes, we will show you where visitors stop before requesting a booking, and where to start.
