Medical content, social media and video

Social media management for clinics and hospitals

We run your accounts day to day. We publish from a calendar you approve, reply to followers with written rules, and tell you each month how many enquiries came from your accounts.

We reply on the same working day.

The accounts exist, and nobody really owns them

In many organizations a staff member with other duties runs the accounts, posting when there is time and replying when they remember. Sometimes they answer a medical question in the comments with information nobody reviewed.

  • Each platform posts in a different style, as if it belonged to another organization
  • A question about an appointment or a branch sits in the comments with no reply
  • A staff member answers a medical question in a public comment on their own
  • The report shows followers and likes, and nothing about enquiries

Where it acts on the patient journey

Works at the enquiry: many patients ask on your accounts before they call

What it includes

Running the accounts every day

We organize account access, publish at the agreed times, and follow messages and comments during the hours we set with you.

Monthly calendar

Before each month starts you receive a calendar with every post, its date and its platform. You review and edit it, and nothing outside it goes live without your approval.

Reply guide

We write it with you: what we answer directly, such as opening hours, branches and how to book, what we pass to the booking team, and what we raise with the doctor.

Medical questions in comments

We do not diagnose or suggest treatment in a public reply. We answer with a line the doctor approves and invite the person to private messages or a consultation. If someone posts details of their condition publicly, we gently point it out and continue in private.

The right platforms for you

Snapchat, Instagram and TikTok to reach patients in Saudi Arabia, X for awareness and news, and LinkedIn for hospitals that hire and build relationships with other organizations. We do not suggest a platform you will not need.

Monthly report

Enquiries and messages from each platform, response time, the posts that brought people closer to booking, and what we will change next month.

How we work

  1. Review the accounts

We read your recent posts, comments and messages, see where questions went unanswered, and find which platforms your audience comes from.

  2. Write the reply guide and calendar

We agree on the account's tone and reply rules, the doctor reviews the prepared medical replies, and then we prepare the month's calendar.

  3. Publish and reply

We publish from the calendar, reply during the agreed hours, and pass booking requests to your team with the name of the platform they came from.

  4. Review with you each month

We go through the report with you and change what did not work in topics, posting times and how effort is split between platforms.

How we measure

  • Enquiries and booking requests from each platform
  • Response time to messages and comments
  • Messages that reached the booking team
  • Reach beyond your followers

Follower numbers appear in the report, but we judge an account by the enquiries and booking requests it brings.

Medical questions are answered with replies the doctor approves, and no patient name or condition is mentioned in a public reply, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Any work with an influencer is with a holder of a Mawthooq license and follows Saudi health advertising regulations.

Frequently asked questions

Which platforms do you manage?

Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. We choose the ones that fit your specialty and audience. A hospital usually needs LinkedIn for hiring and news, while a small clinic does well with two or three platforms run consistently.

Do you reply to comments and messages yourselves?

Yes, during the hours we agree on and from a reply guide you approve. Booking requests go straight to your team, because the booking happens in your system.

What do you do when someone asks a medical question in the comments?

We do not diagnose or recommend treatment in a public reply. We answer with a line the doctor wrote or reviewed, and invite the person to continue in private messages or book a consultation. Questions that need the doctor's opinion go to the doctor.

Can we approve posts before they go live?

Yes. The calendar reaches you before the month starts, and the doctor reviews any post with medical information. Urgent posts, such as changed hours during a holiday, come to you for approval on the same day.

Do the accounts stay in our name?

Yes. The accounts belong to your organization. We work on them with access you give us and can take back at any time.

Start with a review of your current accounts

Send us links to your accounts. In a free consultation of about 30 minutes, we will show you where patient questions get lost and which platforms deserve your effort.

We reply on the same working day.
