Medical content, social media and video

Medical video production for clinics and hospitals

We write the idea, film it at your facility and prepare it for each platform, with videos that show patients what to expect before they book. The doctor reviews every medical fact before it goes live.

We reply on the same working day.

A full day of filming at the clinic, and the footage is never used

The camera crew arrives, the doctor stands in front of the camera with no script, and the result is one long video that does not suit TikTok or Instagram. Or a patient appears in the shot without written consent, and the clip stays on a hard drive.

  • The doctor improvises on camera and is unhappy with the result
  • One long video in one size for every platform
  • Facility photos that are old or taken on a phone
  • Clips with patients in them that cannot be published

Where it acts on the patient journey

Works at the enquiry: patients see the place and the doctor and understand the procedure before they ask

  1. Enquiry
  2. Response
  3. Booking
  4. Attended

What it includes

Promotional video for a service or department

A short video that explains the procedure in words patients understand: what it is, who it suits and how to book. The explanation carries the video, and any offer comes at the end.

Educational content in the doctor's name

The doctor answers the questions heard in the clinic every day, under the name and title on the doctor's license. We send the questions before the session and film several videos in one sitting.

Patient education videos

Videos that explain how to prepare for a procedure and what comes after, posted on your accounts and sent on WhatsApp after booking.

Facility and team photography

Photos and video of reception, clinics, equipment and staff, for your website, your Google Maps profile and your ads.

Motion graphics

Animation that shows what a camera cannot, such as what happens inside the eye during surgery, or the steps to book on your website.

Podcasts

Conversations with your doctors about the questions patients ask in their specialty, recorded in audio and video and cut into short clips for your accounts.

How we work

  1. Choose the idea

We start from services with open appointments and from the questions the doctor and reception hear from patients.

  2. Write and plan the shoot

A script for each video, a shot list, a schedule that sets the doctor's time precisely, and a consent form for everyone who appears on camera.

  3. Film and edit

We film at your facility with as little disruption to the clinic as possible, and deliver each video in sizes for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube, with on-screen text.

  4. Publish and measure

We publish ourselves or hand the files to your team, and track who watched to the end and the messages that came after each video.

How we measure

  • Share of viewers who watched to the end
  • Views from people who do not follow you
  • Enquiries that came after publishing
  • Searches for the doctor's name after a content series

We judge a video by what happened after it: messages, booking requests and searches for the doctor's name. Views only tell us how far it travelled.

We do not use patients' faces or testimonials in ads, in line with Ministry of Health (MOH) health advertising regulations. Any patient who appears in educational content signs written consent before filming and has the right to withdraw it later.

Frequently asked questions

How much of the doctor's time does filming take?

We plan the session around the clinic schedule and send the questions to the doctor a few days ahead, so the doctor can prepare answers in their own words. One session gives us enough videos for several weeks of posting.

Can we film our patients and use their stories in ads?

Not in ads. MOH regulations do not allow patient photos or testimonials in health advertising. In educational content a patient can appear with written consent, and we often suggest that the doctor explains the case without the patient on camera.

What is the difference between a promotional and an educational video?

A promotional video presents one service and ends with how to book. An educational video answers a general question, such as how to prepare for surgery or which signs mean you should see a doctor. Most organizations need both, because patients understand first and decide after.

Do you film, or do we need our own camera crew?

We film at your facility with the equipment needed for picture, sound and lighting, and we handle the editing. If you have usable footage from before, we review it and re-edit it.

Who owns the videos after delivery?

We agree on ownership in the proposal before we start. Usually the final files in every size belong to your organization, for use on your accounts, website and ads.
